目的 研究非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的CT征象与 p5 3、p16基因蛋白异常表达之间的相关性。 方法 应用免疫组化SABC法检测 5 2例经手术病理证实的周围型非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)石蜡包埋标本 p5 3、p16基因蛋白表达 ,并与相应的CT征象作对比研究。结果 (1)正常肺组织、癌旁肺组织和肺癌组织中 ,p5 3基因蛋白阳性表达率分别为 0 .0 %、45 .0 %、63 .5 % ;p16基因蛋白阳性表达率分别为 85 .7%、5 5 .0 %、45 .0 %。 (2 )CT显示NSCLC肿块轮廓出现深分叶征、棘状突起征 ,边缘出现短毛刺征组 p5 3蛋白表达率高 ,p16蛋白表达率低。结论 CT征象与p5 3、p16等分子生物学指标对比观察 ,有助于提高肺癌的早期诊断水平。
Objective To study the correlation between CT signs and abnormal expressions of p5 3 and p16 gene in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the protein expression of p53 and p16 in 52 cases of peripheral non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by surgery and pathology, and compared with corresponding CT signs. Results (1) The positive expression rate of p5 3 protein in normal lung tissue, adjacent non-cancerous lung tissue and lung cancer tissues were 0 .0%, 45 .0% and 63. 5%, respectively. The positive rates of p16 gene protein were 85 .7%, 55.0%, 45.0%. (2) CT showed that the appearance of deep lobulation, spicular process in the contour of NSCLC and the appearance of short burr on the edge of the group showed high expression rate of p5 3 protein and low expression of p16 protein. Conclusion CT signs and p5 3, p16 and other molecular biological indicators of comparative observation, help to improve the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
