本文求解了弹丸膛内运动微分方程,求得了普遍解析解.方程中的因素包括:弹丸自转、质量偏心、动不平衡、弹膛界面摩擦、弹带的弹(塑)性变形、前定心部与膛壁的碰撞和摩擦、气体压力、身管的变形和振动.由该解析公式对HP—23mm航炮系统进行了计算,结果表明,它与实验及作为本模型特例的最新理论吻合较好.它对弹丸起始扰动的分析计算、对探讨减小起始扰动以提高射击精度和密集度,以及对研究身管振动和提高连发炮弹的精度等问题,有一定的理论和实用价值。
In this paper, the differential equation of motion in the projectile cavity is solved and the general analytical solution is obtained.The factors in the equation include projectile rotation, mass eccentricity, dynamic unbalance, friction at the muzzle interface, elastic deformation of the elastic band, pre-centering The collision and friction between the part and the bore wall, the pressure of the gas and the deformation and vibration of the barrel were analyzed. The HP-23mm cannon system was calculated by this analytical formula. The results show that it agrees well with the experiment and the latest theory as a special case of this model It has some theoretical and practical values to analyze the initial perturbation of the projectile, to discuss the problems of reducing the initial perturbation to improve the shooting accuracy and intensity, and to study the vibration of the barrel and improve the precision of the continuous projectile .
