茅某,男,35岁。1980年12月27日,因头昏、乏力、活动后心悸3个月入院。患者1979年11月10日因反复发作性四肢抽搐,大小便失禁,意识丧失,经住院检查诊断原发性癫痫,给予苯妥英钠0.1,每日3次。至1980年9月初,患者渐感头昏,乏力,活动后心悸,气促,面色苍白。血红蛋白8g,白细胞2,900。加用中药及铁剂治疗无效,症状加重,于12月27日入院。无特殊病史,亦无其他化学药品及放射线接触史。
Mau, male, 35 years old. December 27, 1980, due to dizziness, fatigue, palpitations after the event 3 months admitted to hospital. On November 10, 1979, the patient was diagnosed with primary epilepsy due to recurrent episodes of limbs and convulsions, incontinence and loss of consciousness, and hospitalized for phenytoin 0.1, three times daily. By early September 1980, patients became dizzy, weak, palpitations after activity, shortness of breath, pale. Hemoglobin 8g, white blood cells 2,900. Plus traditional Chinese medicine and iron treatment is invalid, the symptoms worsened, on December 27 admission. No special medical history, no other chemical and radiation exposure history.
