麦秆蝇是春小麦的主要害虫,发生普遍,为害严重。根据1958年在坝上的调查,小麦被害株率平均达30％以上;产量损失约三成左右,因此掌握麦秆蝇的发生规律,及时进行防治是保证小麦产量的稳定和提高的重要措施。目前对麦秆蝇发生消长的观察记载资料不多,需加以研究,现仅根据几年来的初步观察,提出几点预测预报意见。
