我科于1983年4月,对81年矿务局小学皮内冻注卡介苗和二矿小学82年皮上冻划卡介苗分别进行了2年和1年阳转率观察。矿务局小学应检281人,实检265人,受检率94.3％。二矿小学应检437人,实检420人,受检率96.1%(见表1)。二校观察时均由原接种人员及原考核人员参加。所用结素为兰州生物制品研究所出品的旧结素原液(批号:812);由我院制剂室稀释成1∶2000溶液,观察方法同前
