Employee’s dependency on organization is literally understood as referring to the dependence or dependence of organizational staff on the organization; it can be understood as the organizational sense of belonging of employees from the perspective of “organizational behavior”. There are many factors that affect employee’s dependence on the organization. From a large aspect: First, environmental factors include
