食管、胃吻合口狭窄是食管、贲门癌切除术后的严重并发症之一。它严重地影响着患者的生活质量,且处理上十分棘手。因而,研究吻合口狭窄发生的原因,改进手术方法应是预防吻合口狭窄的重要途径。我院近几年来行食管、贲门癌切除术160例,发生术后吻合口狭窄6例,现分析如下: 临床资料一、一般情况:1984年11月～1988年12月我科手术治疗食管、贲门癌165例,肿瘤切除160例。160例中男性137例,女性23例,年龄33～65岁。

It has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients and is very difficult to handle. Therefore, to study the causes of anastomotic stenosis and to improve surgical methods should be an important way to prevent anastomotic stenosis. In recent years, 160 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancer resection have been performed in our hospital. Six cases of postoperative anastomotic stenosis have occurred. The clinical data are as follows: 1. General situation: From November 1984 to December 1988, we performed surgical treatment of esophagus, There were 165 cardiac cancers and 160 tumor resections. Among 160 cases, 137 were males and 23 were females, aged 33-65 years.
