用0.1%的异噻唑酮水溶液,对尸体标本作防腐观察3年,结果表明:溶液清亮,标本颜色保存良好,结构层次清楚,无霉菌生长。光镜下观察动物防腐标本的组织切片,见结构清楚,细胞完整。抑菌试验表明,0.05~0.1%的水溶液对常见污染细菌及霉菌均有良好的抑制作用;对尸体上取下的黄曲霉菌等,抑制效果可靠。异噻唑酮水溶液稳定,半分解期为93.28个月,按0.1%水溶液配制防腐,抑霉作用可保持7年有效。其水溶液无色、无味、无刺激。毒性试验LD_(50)为175mg/kg;Ames法突变试验阴性;致畸试验不引起鼠胎骨畸形。以它代替甲醛作为标本防腐剂,有更好的实用价值。
The cadaver specimens were observed for preservation for 3 years with a 0.1% aqueous solution of isothiazolone. The results showed that the solution was clear, the specimens were well-preserved, the structure was clearly structured, and no mold growth was observed. Observe the tissue section of the animal’s antiseptic specimen under light microscope. See the structure is clear and the cell is complete. Antibacterial tests showed that 0.05 to 0.1% of the aqueous solution had good inhibitory effects on common contaminating bacteria and molds; the inhibitory effect on the Aspergillus flavus removed from the body was reliable. The aqueous solution of isothiazolone was stable, and the half-decomposition period was 93.28 months. It was formulated as a 0.1% aqueous solution for preservation, and the anti-mildew effect was maintained for 7 years. Its aqueous solution is colorless, odorless and non-irritating. The toxicity test LD_(50) was 175mg/kg; Ames mutation test was negative; teratogenicity test did not cause rat fetal bone deformity. Using it instead of formaldehyde as a specimen preservative has a better practical value.
