各型客车铁风挡的内框都是焊在外端墙上。段修时,因内框顶铁板锈蚀严重,半数要更换,防水胶皮也很少有完整的。当修理内框时风挡门木板易被烧损(有的段是拆下木板施工)。防水胶皮因装在内框与外框套接弯边处的外框弯边上很难拆换。(有的段不换内框顶板就不拆换胶皮)。 根据段修情况,提出几点意见供参考,
