三门峡市国税局始终把干部教育摆到优先发展的战略地位,把提高干部队伍的政治、业务素质作为推进国税事业健康发展的战略性、基础性工作来抓,逐步建立起了分层次、分类别、多渠道、多形式、重实效的充满生机的干部教育培训新机制,取得了显著成效:全系统干部职工的思想观念和精神面貌不断改观,大家明争暗赛干工作,互帮互学讲团结,全力以赴抓收入,全局上下形成了干事创业的良好氛围;干部队伍文化素质得到了进一步提高,中专以上学历人员达72%.较机构分设前提高了11%.各级领导干部的学历结构也明显改善,市局党组成员全是大专以上文化程度,全系统56名科局级干部,53人具有中专以上学历,占总人数的94.6%,基层所(股)级干部中,亦有83%的人员具有中专以上学历,分别比机构分设前提高40%、22.5%和19%;有力地推动了各项税收工作的顺利开展,市局连年超额完成税收任务,被市委、市政府、省局评为先进单位,全系统49个单位已有46个被各级党委和政府命名为文明单位称号.
