干部岗位培训必须注重岗位能力的培训,这个观点近年来已逐渐为广大职教工作者所接受。但是,对如何进行干部岗位能力培训的问题则还需要进一步深入探索。上钢一厂车间主任岗位培训起步较早,“八五”期间全厂234位车间主任已培训203人,占总数的86.3%。1992年起,为深化车间主任岗位能力培训,我们结合企业的实际进行了链式循环法的培训尝试,收到了一定的效果。
The cadre post training must pay attention to the training of post ability. This view has gradually been accepted by the majority of vocational education workers in recent years. However, the issue of how to train the cadre positions and capabilities needs to be further explored.
