地震应急预案目前还没有定型的构架模式。本文以石油企业为例，从编制地震应急预案的目的、任务、指导思想、编制内容等方面探讨地震应急预案编制的构架模式。提供了震前预防、震时抢险和震后恢复三阶段的编写格式。
Earthquake contingency plans currently do not have stereotypes framework model. Taking petroleum enterprises as an example, this paper discusses the framework mode of earthquake emergency preparedness plan from the purpose, task, guiding ideology and content of compiling earthquake emergency plan. Pre-earthquake prevention, earthquake rescue and recovery after the earthquake prepared three-phase format.
