本文以陆地棉特早熟品种为试验材料,研究了 F_2主要性状的遗传力、变异系数、遗传进度、相关系数及主要产量性状的选择指数,为改进育种方法、提高选择效率、加速育种进程提供理论参考。材料与方法试验亲本材料:朝阳1号、6901、黑山棉、7364、711—1。为使基因纯合化,各亲本连续自交三代。1977年选配以下杂交组合:711-1×黑山棉、7364×黑山棉、朝阳1号×
In this paper, the landraces precocious varieties were used as experimental materials to study the heritability, variation coefficient, genetic progress, correlation coefficient and selection index of main yield traits of F 2 main traits, which provided theory for improving breeding methods, increasing selection efficiency and accelerating breeding process reference. Materials and methods Experimental parent material: Chaoyang No. 1, 6901, Montenegro Cotton, 7364,711-1. In order to make the gene homozygous, the parents selfed for three generations continuously. The following hybrid combinations were selected in 1977: 711-1 × Montenegro, 7364 × Montenegro, Chaoyang No.1
