我省是全国重要的化工生产、科研开发基地,化学工业一直被列为四川经济发展的六大支柱产业之一。借改革开放东风,振兴图强,“十五”以来,我省化工产业获得迅猛发展,效益增长明显。2005年,在规模以上企业中,化学工业增加值占我省全部工业增加值的10.6%。但是,我们也应看到,化工产业结构性矛盾依然比较突出;精细化水平较低,技术含量和附加值高的产品少,石油化工才刚起步;生产的规模化、集约化程度和企业的聚集度还不高,市场竞争力不强。雄关漫道真如铁,而今迈步从头越。“十一五”期间,作为优势资源产业的四川化工由传统工业向新型工业转变势在必行。
Our province is an important chemical production, research and development base in China, and the chemical industry has been listed as one of the six pillar industries in Sichuan’s economic development.
