目的研究向日葵Helianthus annuus种子的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法、中压柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从向日葵种子甲醇提取部位中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为3,4-二甲氧基-肉桂酸(1)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯)-1-丙酮(2)、3-羟乙酰基吲哚(3)、7-羟基-6-乙酰基-2,3-二甲氧基色酮(4)、泽兰内酯(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、香草酸(7)、阿魏酸(8)、反式咖啡酸(9)、香豆酸(10)、烟酸(11)、3-吲哚甲醛(12)、3-吲哚甲酸(13)、豆甾醇(14)、β-谷甾醇(15)、β-胡萝卜苷(16)。结论化合物1~3为首次从向日葵属植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of sunflower Helianthus annuus seeds. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, medium pressure column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compounds were identified by NMR and MS techniques. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of sunflower seeds and identified as 3,4-dimethoxy-cinnamic acid (1), 3-hydroxy-1- (4-hydroxy- (2), 3-hydroxyacetylindole (3), 7-hydroxy-6-acetyl-2,3-dimethoxychromone (4) Vanillic acid (8), trans-caffeic acid (9), coumaric acid (10), nicotinic acid (11), 3-indolyl formaldehyde 3-Indolecarboxylic acid (13), stigmasterol (14), β-sitosterol (15) and β-daucosterol (16). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from the genus Sunflower for the first time. Compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
