在大力推进素质教育和高度重视升学率的态势下,各个学校都应该重视后进生转化工作,后进生学习成绩能否提高是一个学校的中、高考升学率能否上升的关键。对学校和教师而言,加强后进生转化教育工作是教师不可推卸的责任,同时又是迫切需要解决的一个难题。
