后进生形成的原因是复杂的,转化后进生的方法也是千变万化的。但是最重要的是要抓住两条:一是要相信每个人都有积极因素,要在后进生身上寻找闪光点,并给予肯定,以培养他们的自信心、上进心,这样才能引导他们勇敢地迈出向上的第一步、第二步……;二是启发学生培养自我教育的觉悟和能力。
