为优化热处理工艺,以60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢为研究对象,在热处理时间均为30 min的条件下,实验分析了不同奥氏体化温度、不同等温温度和不同回火温度对弹簧钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着奥氏体化温度的升高,实验钢的硬度先下降后上升;随着回火温度的升高,钢的硬度均呈下降趋势;随着等温温度的升高,钢的强度总体呈下降趋势,断面收缩率、伸长率总体呈先下降而后回升。当热处理工艺为910℃加热+300℃熔盐中等温+460℃回火水冷时,其综合力学性能最佳。
In order to optimize the heat treatment process, 60Si2CrVAT spring steel was taken as the research object. The effects of different austenitizing temperatures, different isothermal temperatures and different tempering temperatures on the mechanical properties of spring steel were analyzed experimentally under the conditions of 30 min heat treatment time. The results show that with the increase of austenitizing temperature, the hardness of experimental steel first decreases and then increases. With the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness of steel decreases. With the increase of isothermal temperature, The strength of the overall decline, the reduction of cross-section, the overall elongation of the first decline and then rebound. When the heat treatment process is 910 ℃ heating + 300 ℃ molten salt isothermal + 460 ℃ tempering water cooling, the best overall mechanical properties.
