在临床实践中,常可遇到蛋白电泳出现一条异常区带,这类区带统称之谓 M 蛋白。确诊起来十分困难。笔者于1985年7月遇到1例。经过4年的追踪观察,并经免疫电泳验证最后确定为良性单克隆丙种球蛋白病(BMG)现报告如下。
In clinical practice, often encountered an abnormal protein electrophoresis zone, these zones collectively referred to M protein. Diagnosis is very difficult. I met in July 1985 in 1 case. After 4 years of follow-up observation, and confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis finally confirmed as benign monoclonal gammopathy (BMG) are reported below.
