1984年3月份中国建筑科学研究院空调所受建设部科技局的委托负责主持本课题。课题组成员单位为空调所、哈建院、西北建工学院和北京市热力公司。本课题的目的是为制定加快发展城市集中供热的政策提供依据,重在弄清现状,预测发展水平,揭示影响发展的主要问题,提出促进发展的途经和建议。通过一年多的工作,课题组共提出了14份专题报告,在此基础上讨论编写了这份总报告,集中反映全部工作成果。一、当前城市集中供热发展的基本情况我国城市集中供热是从热电合产供热方式开始的,经过了三十多年的曲折发展过程。发展的基本情况如下:1.热电合产供热发展又出现加速发展趋势。热电合产供热量逐年稳步上升,年平均增长速度为6%,1984
In March 1984, the Air Conditioning Institute of the Chinese Academy of Building Research was entrusted by the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Construction to chair the project. The members of the research group are the Air Conditioning Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, the Northwest Institute of Construction and Technology, and the Beijing Thermal Power Company.
