为了提高小型锅炉或热水锅炉的热效率,在烟道中设置给水换热器回收烟气余热是一种方法。但是,这种方法要求换热器的构造必须重量轻,体积小,能在烟道上悬挂设置,而且气体压力损失要低。同时,为了在一年左右回收设备投资,还要求换热器具有良好的传热性能。从前的盘管式换热器,虽烟气(管外侧)压力损失小,但在传热性能上较差,本文介绍了一种用圆锥形盘管作为传热管的新型换热器,大大改善了传热性能。这种换热器的构造及原理如图所示。传热管是由一对交叉的圆锥形盘管和通常直的盘管所构成的,在圆锥形盘管的烟气出口上安装具有调节功能
