随着产业全球化和组织一体化的发展,企业之间的竞争已经逐渐演变为供应链之间的竞争,供应链管理也被提高到企业的战略高度,库存管理作为供应链管理的重要内容之一,受到了越来越多企业的重视。本文利用Arena软件建立库存仿真模型,通过对两种连续性库存检查策略的比较,为企业选择合适的库存策略提供参考。
