目的考察参芪扶正注射液对环磷酰胺化疗小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能和杀伤肿瘤细胞活性的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组以及参芪扶正注射液低、中、高剂量(10、20、40 m L/kg)组。除对照组外,其余各组小鼠均ip环磷酰胺100 mg/kg。参芪扶正注射液组小鼠ig给予10、20、40 m L/kg参芪扶正注射液,对照组和环磷酰胺组ig给予等量生理盐水,1次/d,连续5 d。称定胸腺和脾脏质量,计算免疫器官指数;ELISA法检测小鼠血清IL-2水平;流式细胞仪检测巨噬细胞吞噬荧光微球的数量和比例,计算吞噬率和吞噬指数;流式细胞仪检测CFSE标记的H22细胞中PI阳性细胞的比例。结果参芪扶正注射液可以不同程度地恢复环磷酰胺化疗小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数;显著提高环磷酰胺化疗小鼠血清IL-2水平;减少小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数;不同程度地提高环磷酰胺化疗后小鼠巨噬细胞对H22细胞的杀伤活性。结论参芪扶正注射液可改善环磷酰胺化疗后小鼠免疫抑制状态,对巨噬细胞吞噬和杀伤活性均有调节作用。

Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the immunosuppressive status of mice after cyclophosphamide chemotherapy and have the regulatory effect on macrophage phagocytosis and killing activity.
