目的探讨血清表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)水平与子宫肌瘤的关系。方法选择文成县人民医院妇科2014年1月-2015年12月子宫肌瘤患者100例和体检中心健康女性100例作为研究对象,将其分为子宫肌瘤组和对照组。采用双抗夹心法测定血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平。结果子宫肌瘤组患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平[(345.12±123.26)pg/ml、(1.48±0.37)μg/ml)]均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平[(301.23±121.76)pg/ml、(1.38±0.39)μg/ml)]均低于黏膜下子宫肌瘤血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。直径>6 cm子宫肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平和直径≤6 cm子宫肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。绝经期子宫肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平和非绝经期子宫肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵泡期、黄体期和绝经期子宫肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。线性回归分析结果显示,血清EGF和血清MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.815,P=0.000)。结论血清EGF和血清MMP-9和子宫肌瘤关系密切,在不同肌壁间子宫肌瘤和黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的血清中表达水平不同,子宫肌瘤患者血清中EGF和血清MMP-9水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and uterine fibroids. The serum levels of EGF and serum MMP-9 in patients with uterine myoma of menopause and non-menopausal uterine fibroids serum EGF and serum MMP-9 levels, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Follicular, luteal phase and menopausal uterine fibroids serum EGF and serum MMP-9 levels, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum EGF and serum MMP-9 (r = 0.815, P = 0.000). Conclusion Serum EGF, serum MMP-9 and uterine fibroids are closely related. The expression levels of EGF and serum MMP-9 in patients with uterine leiomyoma are different in different myometrial and submucosal uterine fibroids. Was positively correlated.
