艺术教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,是中小学实施美育的重要内容和途径。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》中指出:美育对于培养学生健康的审美观念和审美能力,陶冶高尚的道德情操,培养全面发展的人才,具有重要作用。美育和德育有密切的关系,然而,确立美育的地位,实现美育的目标,不能仅仅依靠艺术教育,学校教育的方方面面都必须重视美育,都肩负起审美育人的责任。
Art education is an important component of quality education and an important content and approach to aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools. The Outline of China’s Educational Reform and Development states: Aesthetic education plays an important role in cultivating students’ aesthetic concepts and aesthetic qualities, cultivating noble moral sentiments and cultivating all-round development talents. Aesthetic education and moral education are closely related. However, establishing the status of aesthetic education and realizing the goal of aesthetic education can not rely solely on art education. All aspects of school education must attach importance to aesthetic education and shoulder the responsibility of aesthetic education.
