病历摘要张××,女,66岁。因乏力、多食、阵发心悸8年,突然呼吸困难、胸闷4天,于1983年6月25日12时入院。诊断:甲亢性心脏病,心脏扩大,肺气肿,肺内感染。住院过程中出现血压下降。心电示波示窦性心律伴间歇性Ⅱ°房室传导阻滞。经抢救无效,于当日23时50分死亡。为分析房室交界区传导失常,图1仅展出Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联,图2为Ⅲ导联,图3为Ⅱ导联。图1描记于1983年6月25日12时20分。P_(Ⅱ、Ⅲ)直

Due to fatigue, eat more food, paroxysmal palpitations 8 years, sudden breathing difficulties, chest tightness, 4 days, at 12:00 on June 25, 1983 admitted. Diagnosis: hyperthyroidism heart disease, heart enlargement, emphysema, pulmonary infection. Blood pressure drops during hospitalization. ECG showed sinus rhythm with intermittent Ⅱ ° atrioventricular block. After rescue failed, died at 23:50 on the same day.
