《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》,是集中展现当代中国共产党入党建创新积极成果的党内法规。两个文件回应和顺应了时代的呼声和人民的期盼,体现和彰显了中华民族遵循历史发展规律的廉洁文明,忠实地继承、坚持和贯彻了马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想以及中国特色社会主义理论体系的内在根本要求。共产党员特别是党员领导干部,是否能完全做到真正的彻底的廉洁自律,自然取决于多方面因素,而基于传统根基认识和指导思想认识的心灵自律及意识自律,具有更重要的意义。继承中华廉洁文明内在要求、加强内心自律,坚持马克思主义建党原则自然要自警自律。探讨当前条件下我党加强廉洁自律的深刻必然性,对推动全党深化学习准则和强化慎独自律有积极的影响和作用。
The “Guidelines on Integrity and Self-discipline of the Communist Party of China” and the “Regulations on Discipline by the Communist Party of China” are the rules and regulations for the party that focus on displaying the positive achievements of the CPC in joining the party building.
