Is the law of metabolism worth mentioning, is the inevitable trend of historical development worth mentioning, today’s young and middle-aged has been pushed to the forefront of editorial and publishing positions, the era has given them the future and open up a new era of Chinese publishing history’s historic mission. How to accomplish this solemn historic mission has become a serious issue for the majority of young and middle-aged editors.
