党的十四届四中全会《决定》指出,“民主集中制是我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度”。邓小平同志也曾指出,“民主集中制是我们党和国家的根本制度,也是最便利的制度,最合理的制度,永远不能丢”。企业中的党组织作为基层党组织之一,无疑要坚持民主集中制的原则,这样才能使企业党组织成为坚强的战斗堡垒,才能成为一个集中统一的、有坚强战斗力的组织。那么,企业中的行政是否需要并且如何贯彻民主集中制的原则呢?本文就此谈几点认识。1.正确认识企业贯彻民主集中制与坚持厂长负责制的关系。
