研究了热处理工艺对Ni-Cu-P化学镀层性能的影响。试验结果表明,Ni-Cu-P化学镀层具有较好的热稳定性,在300℃以下加热时,其硬度变化并不明显。在加热温度为450℃时镀层具有最高硬度。加热温度的变化使镀层耐蚀性发生明显变化。当加热温度为300℃时镀层耐蚀能力最强。Ni-Cu-P化学镀层本身具有较高耐磨性,经适当的热处理会使其耐磨性得到进一步提高。
The effects of heat treatment on the properties of electroless Ni-Cu-P coatings were investigated. The experimental results show that Ni-Cu-P electroless plating has good thermal stability, and its hardness changes are not obvious when it is heated below 300 ℃. The coating has the highest hardness at a heating temperature of 450 ° C. Changes in the heating temperature of the coating corrosion resistance significantly changed. When the heating temperature is 300 ℃, the corrosion resistance of the coating is strongest. Ni-Cu-P electroless plating itself has a high wear resistance, the appropriate heat treatment will make it to further improve the wear resistance.
