目的以甘肃不同产区栽培红芪药材及其生长土壤为研究对象,探讨土壤营养成分全氮、全磷、全钾、有机质、速效磷、速效钾与红芪中毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素量的相关性。方法采用Duncan多重比较、相关性分析及回归分析对土壤营养成分量及红芪活性成分量进行分析。结果毛蕊异黄酮与土壤中全氮、全钾存在显著正相关性,与有机质、速效磷呈正相关,与速效钾、全磷呈负相关;芒柄花素与土壤中全钾存在极显著正相关性,与全氮、速效磷呈正相关,与速效钾、有机质、全磷呈负相关。结论红芪对土壤中不同营养成分具有选择性,全钾、全氮、速效磷量高的土壤适合于红芪中毛蕊异黄酮与芒柄花素成分的累积,说明全钾、全氮、速效磷较高的土壤有利于红芪药材的生长。
OBJECTIVE To study the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, available phosphorus and available potassium in cultivated Radix Hedysari and its growing soil in different areas of Gansu Province. Conclusion Radix Hedysari is selective to different nutrients in soil. The soil with total potassium, total nitrogen and available phosphorus is suitable for the accumulation of calycosin and toonin in Radix Astragali, indicating that total potassium, total nitrogen, available phosphorus Higher soil is conducive to the growth of Radix Astragali.
