在煤矿开采过程中,因工作面顶板失控而引起的伤亡事故经常发生。近年来,随着各矿区开采深度的日益增加,矿压安全隐患越来越突出,对矿井安全生产带来了很大的危害。为了预防事故的发生,就必须加强对顶板压力变化的监测,从中找出矿井顶板压力显现规律,从而制定预防措施,而要做好顶板管理,首先要做好顶板压力的观测工作,以便及时采取有力措施,防止顶板事故的发生。为了更好地检测采矿时顶板的变化,防止冒顶事故,本文设计了一种顶板压力监测系统,该系统由无线压力数据采集系统、压力数据采集电路、数据无线传输系统和系统软件组成。
In the process of coal mining, casualties caused by uncontrolled roofing of the working face often occur. In recent years, with the increasing mining depth of each mining area, hidden dangers of mine pressure are more and more prominent, bringing great harm to mine safety production. In order to prevent accident, we must strengthen the monitoring of roof pressure changes, find out the law of mine roof pressure to develop preventive measures, and to do roof management, we must first do a good job of roof pressure observation in order to take timely Effective measures to prevent the roof accident. In order to detect the change of the roof during the mining and prevent the roof accident, this paper designs a roof pressure monitoring system. The system consists of wireless pressure data acquisition system, pressure data acquisition circuit, data wireless transmission system and system software.
