上海应通过国际航运中心的建设,改善上海的进出口贸易环境,使国际航运中心的枢纽功能辐射整个长三角城市群,有力推动上海国际贸易中心的建设。因此,上海国际航运中心的功能是,能在更大范围内配置资本、技术、信息和人力等资源,创造新的经济增长点和产业链,从而带动国际经济中心的建设。
Shanghai should improve the environment of Shanghai’s import and export trade through the construction of an international shipping center so that the hub functions of the international shipping center will radiate the urban agglomerations of the entire Yangtze River Delta and effectively promote the construction of the Shanghai International Trade Center. Therefore, the function of Shanghai International Shipping Center is to allocate resources such as capital, technology, information and manpower to a wider extent to create new economic growth points and industrial chains, so as to drive the construction of an international economic center.
