去年八月间,苏联成功地试验了超远程洲际弹道火箭,十月和十一月间,又先后成功地发射了两颗人造地球卫星,这一系列轰动全世界的事件最生动地说明了社会主义制度的优越性,显示出苏联科学技术的卓越成就和巨大威力。我们知道,洲际弹道火箭和人造卫星有着密切的联系。赫魯晓夫同志曾经明确地指出:“我们所以能发射人造卫星,是因为我们有攜带人造卫星的工具,也就是弹道火箭。”在这里,我们想着重讨论和两者有共同关系的一些科学技术问题。
In August last year, the Soviet Union successfully tested the ultra-long-distance intercontinental ballistic rocket. In October and November, it successfully launched two man-made earth satellites. This series of sensational events all over the world most vividly illustrated the society. The superiority of the institutional system shows the outstanding achievements and great power of Soviet science and technology. We know that intercontinental ballistic rockets and satellites are closely linked. Comrade Khrushchev once clearly pointed out: “We were able to launch satellites because we had tools for carrying satellites, that is, ballistic rockets.” Here, we want to focus on discussing some of the Science and technology issues.
