3月24日,在北京举行的“2013中国纺织行业年度创新人物”发布会上,江苏鹰游纺机有限公司常务副总经理孙忠文获得了“年度创新人物”荣誉称号,为鹰游纺机的“荣誉墙”又增添了一块金色牌匾。自1993年至今,孙忠文在鹰游纺机工作逾20载,多次获得江苏省、连云港市科技进步奖项。从这位鹰游老员工的身上,我们看到了鹰游的另一面。“微创新”成就质变作为公司的技术骨干之一,孙忠文清楚地体会到了创新如何靠行动落地。在他看来,从“微创新”开始,靠点滴积累,一步一个脚印地去进行技术完善,不失为一种有效的方法。“1995年以前,烫光机用的都是铝制的辊体,但铝质辊面在铸造中容易产生针孔和缩松等缺陷,且加热后易变形,易弄脏布料。针对这些问题,我
