祖国的戏曲有着极为丰富的剧目和表演艺术,这是千百年来,多少前辈毕生心血的结晶的积累。对于这笔珍贵的艺术遗产,毫无疑问地要把它全部继承下来,并予以发扬光大。这个艰巨的任务落在了我们的身上,更确切一点说,落在了正在茁壮地成长着的戏曲第二代的身上。因此,应该严肃认真地把本剧种的优秀传统全部让戏曲学校的学生继承下来。遗憾的是:很多戏曲学校在这一点上做得还不能令人满意。虽然他们延聘了很多优秀的老艺人来任教,拥有极为良好的条件,但是,并没有把力量用在如何继承传统上,而却热衷于改革和创作。他们以当前舞台演出的情况
