白血病是一种较常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤性疾病,小儿时期患者以急性的占绝大部分,其病情险恶发展迅速,若不给予积极治疗,数月内即可导致死亡,因此早期诊断,早期积极治疗是一重要问题。按目前技术水平来讲,白血病的确诊,还是依靠检查血象及骨髓象,但对临床症状的认识仍很重要。本文将我院儿科自1963年～1973年经血象及骨髓象检查确诊白血病的94例住院病人,对其症状及诊断作一粗浅分析,以供探讨。
