实现行动学习普及化、规范化、本土化、常态化,需要长期的努力。思考从做好顶层设计、建立和完善学习培训机制、动力激励机制、监督评估机制、成果转化机制和宣传推广机制等方面构建行动学习长效机制,有利于持续、深入开展行动学习。近年来,广西贺州市启动推进行动学习项目,走出了独具贺州特色的行动学习之路,“贺州经验”具有重要借鉴意义。
Achieve popularization, standardization, localization and normalization of action learning require long-term efforts. Thinking from the top to do the design, establish and improve the learning and training mechanism, incentive mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism, the results of the transformation mechanism and promotion mechanism to build long-term action learning mechanism is conducive to continuous, in-depth action learning. In recent years, Guangxi Hezhou started to promote action learning project, out of a unique Hezhou characteristics of the action learning path, “Hezhou experience ” has important reference.
