2009年7月至2010年12月,根据自治区党委组织部统一安排,我到灵武市挂职锻炼,任市委常委、政府副市长职务。能到基层亲身感受县域经济的快速发展并参与部分工作,对于长期在机关工作的年轻干部而言,是一次十分难得的学习机会。挂职期间,灵武市委、政府领导班子创新苦干、激情跨越的创业精神,广大基层干部扎根一线、无私奉献的工作作风和当地党员群众勤劳淳朴、善良耿直的优良品质,至今仍然感染着我、激励着我。基层工作的苦与乐,基层群众的真善美,让我终生受益,产生深远影响。深入基层才能了解基层,主动融入感觉虽苦犹甜。
