V形凹面青铜金刚石砂轮脉冲激光修整试验研究

针对青铜金刚石砂轮V形凹面修整困难的问题,利用光纤激光切向整形法,得到修整青铜金刚石砂轮V形凹面新的技术方法。在分析激光切向整形作用机理的基础上,确定关键激光工艺参数。采用超景深三维显微镜检测磨削后的石墨板,间接采集V形凹面砂轮的特征。研究不同激光工艺参数对V形凹面修整效率的影响规律,及不同重叠率对青铜金刚石砂轮V形凹面的几何特征参数的影响规律。研究结果表明,激光平均功率与激光光斑重叠率对修整效率影响较大,近似呈正比例关系;合适的重叠率有利于减小形状误差PV值(最小形状误差PV值为36μm);相比激光扫描轨迹线重叠率,激光光斑重叠率对修整后成形角度和V形凹面尖角半径值影响更大,激光光斑重叠率越大,成形角度与V形凹面尖角半径值越大;修整后砂轮形状误差均可控制在5%以内,初步验证了脉冲激光切向修整V形凹面青铜金刚石砂轮的可行性。 Aiming at the difficulty of trimming the V-shaped concave surface of the bronze diamond wheel, a new technique for trimming the V-shaped concave surface of the bronze diamond wheel is obtained by using the fiber laser tangential shaping method. On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of laser tangential shaping, the key laser process parameters are determined. Abrasive graphite plate was detected by 3D scanning microscope with super-depth of field, and the characteristics of V-shaped concave grinding wheel were collected indirectly. The effects of different laser parameters on the V-shaped concave surface dressing efficiency and the influence of different overlapping rates on the geometrical parameters of the V-shaped concave surface of the bronze diamond wheel were studied. The results show that the average laser power and laser spot overlap rate have great influence on the trimming efficiency, which is approximately proportional to each other. Appropriate overlap rate is beneficial to reduce the shape error PV (minimum shape error PV is 36μm) The overlapping rate of laser track and laser spot overlap rate have a greater influence on the shaping angle and V-shaped concave corner radius. The larger the laser spot overlapping rate is, the larger the radius of forming angle and V-shaped concave corner is. The error can be controlled within 5%, and the feasibility of pulsed laser tangential trimming of V-shaped concave bronze diamond wheel is verified.
