婴儿吞咽异物后不能自述,常以哭叫、呕吐或面色苍白、精神萎靡就诊。医生仅作一般咽部检查,常常不能发现异物。本文应用咽部刺激法,发现咽部深处异物3例,现报告如下。例1.患儿12个月,自坐床上玩耍,突然哭叫,频繁呕吐,急来医院。查:体温正常,心肺听诊无异常,胸腹 X 线透视未发现异常,用压舌板看咽部亦未发现异常,刺激咽部诱发呕吐动作,同时观察咽部,发现1个黄色金属环,急去手术室取出金戒指1个,
