目的探究手术室护理过程中的不安全因素并制定相应的管理措施。方法选取我院在2016年1月-2016年12月收治的160患者作为研究对象,将其均匀分为观察组与对照组各80例,对照组患者采取常规护理管理模式,观察组患者在常规护理管理的基础上加强风险管理意识,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果比较两组患者实验数据发现,观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,患者护理质量与护理安全性较高,手术过程中不良事件发生率较低,感染发生率较低。结论对手术治疗患者的护理管理过程中应用风险管理意识有利于提高临床护理效果,降低不良事件的发生率,在实际应用中具有显著意义。
Objective To explore the unsafe factors in the operating room nursing and make corresponding management measures. Methods A total of 160 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. They were evenly divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing management mode. Patients in observation group On the basis of nursing management, we strengthened the risk management awareness and compared the clinical nursing effects of the two groups. Results Comparing the data of two groups, we found that the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The nursing quality and nursing safety of the patients in the observation group were higher. The incidence of adverse events during surgery was lower and the incidence of infection was lower. Conclusions The awareness of risk management in the nursing management of patients during surgical treatment is beneficial to improve the effect of clinical nursing and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is of great significance in practical application.
