建设社会主义民主政治.是社会主义发展的一个重大课题。以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民为代表的党和国家三代领导集体,为探求我国的民主法制建设之路,在马克思主义的指导下,孜孜以求,前后相继,做出了自己的回答。其基本的发展思路就是从“发扬民主”到“民主的制度化、法律化”到“依法治国,建设社会主义民主政治”。其间虽有曲折、教训,但总体方向是理论上的逐步成熟与实践上的不断完善。本文就邓小平的民主法制理论对我国社会主义民主法制建设所作出的贡献,从以下六个方面谈些体会。
Building socialist democracy is an important issue for the development of socialism. The three generations of collective leadership represented by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin have tried their best to find ways for the building of a democratic legal system in our country under the guidance of Marxism and pursued one after another. The basic idea of its development is to “promote democracy” and “institutionalize and legalize democracy” to “rule the country by law and build socialist democratic politics.” Although there are twists and turns, the lesson, but the overall direction is gradually matured in theory and continuous improvement in practice. This article talks about the contribution made by Deng Xiaoping’s theory of democracy and legal system to the construction of socialist democracy and legal system in our country from the following six aspects.
