本文分离鉴定引发团头鲂暴发性死亡的病原菌,并寻找病原菌的敏感性药物。从患病团头鲂体内分离菌株,通过人工感染试验,常规形态学观察、主要生理生化特征及16s r DNA序列分析。结果表明,分离菌株鉴定为维氏气单胞菌,对头孢曲松、四环素、强力霉素、磷霉素等具有较强的敏感性,而对青霉素G、壮观霉素、复方新诺明、氟哌酸、链霉素、万古霉素等表现出耐药性。该实验为气单胞菌的鉴定及团头鲂细菌性疾病防治提供科学依据。
In this paper, we isolated and identified the pathogen that caused the outbreak of Bupleurum chinensis and found the sensitive drugs of pathogen. Strains were isolated from the diseased group, and the results of artificial infection test, routine morphological observation, major physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16s r DNA sequence analysis. The results showed that the isolated strains were identified as Aeromonas sobria, and had strong sensitivity to ceftriaxone, tetracycline, doxycycline and fosfomycin, but not to penicillin G, spectinomycin, cotrimoxazole, Norfloxacin, streptomycin, vancomycin, etc. showed resistance. The experiment for the identification of Aeromonas and Bactrichopneumoniae bacterial diseases provide a scientific basis.
