历史课程应使学生获得基本的历史知识和能力,培养良好的品德和健全的人格。历史课程改革应有利于学生学习方式的转变,倡导学生积极主动的参与教学过程,改变学生死记硬背和被动接受知识的学习方式,运用联系比较的方法,不囿于课本和课堂,培养学生利用书刊、电视以及与人交谈、实地考察等各种形式和手段,广泛获取历史信息的能力,激发学生学习历史的兴趣,从而落实历史新课标要求。
