二十一世纪的病案管理是高水平的现代化管理，需要高素质的病案管理人员。本文分析了我国病案管理现存问题和病案管理人员的素质状况，认为病案管理人员素质差直接影响病案管理水平和质量。根据病案管理的特性及发展的需要提出了现代化病案管理人员应具备的思想和专业素质要求。本文还剖析了病案管理人员素质差的原因并提出了提高病案管理人员素质的几点建议。
The medical record management in the 21st century is a high-level modern management and requires highly qualified medical record managers. This article analyzes the existing problems in China’s medical records management and the quality of medical records management personnel, and believes that the poor quality of medical record management personnel directly affects the level and quality of medical record management. According to the characteristics of medical record management and the need for development, the ideological and professional qualifications that modern medical record managers must possess are put forward. This article also analyzes the reasons for the poor quality of medical records management personnel and puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality of medical record management personnel.
