本刊首届编委扩大会议以《金属再生》杂志社的名义于1989年8月份向全国物资厅(局)长发出过一封公开信,获得了巨大反响。各地的物资厅(局)长们认真地关心起了物资再生利用行业。我们深表敬意。现开辟一个新栏目名曰“物资局长话再生”,专门发表各地物资局长们的文章、讲话以期交流。物资部马毅民副部长已带了头,本刊第五期发表了他在本刊第二届编委扩大会议的讲话,希望各地的物资局长陆续登上本刊讲坛。
The first editorial board enlargement meeting in the name of “metal recycling” magazine in August 1989 issued an open letter to the National Materials Agency (Bureau), received great repercussions. Is now opening a new section called “material director of renewable words,” specifically published materials all over the articles, speech to exchange. Deputy Minister Ma Yimin of the Ministry of Materials and Materials has taken the lead. The fifth issue of his magazine published his speech in the enlarged editorial board of the second editorial and expressed the hope that the material bureaus in various places will successively boast of this magazine.
