本文采用溴化钾压片法,用红外光谱对部分常见的麻一合成纤维的混纺制品进行了测定。用基线法测出各自分析谱带的吸光度,并计算出KB值。用KB值对其百分含量作图,得该混纺制品的检量线。其混纺率测试的结果准确、可靠,误差均小于±5%.本方法样品用量少、且简单、快速,再现性好.不仅适用于产品的质量检验,也适用于麻-合成纤维混纺品的微量物证鉴别,实为一种行之有效的方法。
In this paper, potassium bromide tabletting method, using infrared spectroscopy on some of the common hemp synthetic fiber blended products were measured.
