介绍MJK6140数控推台锯主机倾角机构的运动形式,并利用ADAMS及虚拟样机技术进行建模及运动仿真,对机构具体结构形状及运动关系加以分析,简化出运动简图及运动模型;根据其运动方式及各部件之间的连接关系,合理地抽出其在三维模型中的约束关系及原动件运动方程;分析测量出其工作过程中锯片摆角与相应部件间运动参数关系。通过示例可以证明,利用虚拟样机技术并借助ADAMS软件这种设计方法可大大减少设计工作量、缩短设计周期并且结果准确。
This paper introduces the movement form of the tilt mechanism of MJK6140 CNC push-table saw, and uses ADAMS and virtual prototyping technology to carry out modeling and motion simulation, analyzes the structure and movement of the mechanism, simplifies the motion diagram and motion model, Ways and the connection between the parts, reasonably extract its constraint relationship in the three-dimensional model and the motion equation of the mover; analyze and measure the relationship between the swing angle of the saw blade and the motion parameters of the corresponding components during the work. Through the example, it can be proved that this design method using virtual prototyping technology and ADAMS software can greatly reduce the design workload, shorten the design cycle and achieve accurate results.
