今年以来,连云港市赣榆区政协将民间借贷作为重点调研课题,先后多次组织政协委员到公安、法院等有关单位进行专题调研,通过听汇报、看材料及实地走访,掌握了丰富的第一手资料,经整理分析,形成针对性强的调研报告。近年来,赣榆区民间借贷市场异常活跃。据区法院的立案材料表明,2014年至2016年,全区受理民间借贷案件连年超过3000件,立案标的总额逾13亿元;今年1—7月份,受理1511件,总额超过2.8亿元。

In the first seven months of this year, 1511 cases were accepted, amounting to more than 280 million yuan.
